The young archers of Ventimiglia Archery Club, accompanied by the instructor Laura Lorenzi, have also obtained prestigious results in the Principality of Monaco. However, what took on greater importance was the possibility of giving girls a meaningful sporting experience, which continues to provide excitement and success.
In the past, archery was identified as a predominantly technical discipline, neglecting the physical aspect. Over time, this perception has changed radically, leading to archery being recognized as a discipline in which three elements are interdependent in an almost “circular” cycle. Physical preparation has become essential to positively manage shooting technique, while the mental aspect plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing body and technique. The next event is set for 5 and 6 January 2024 in San Bartolomeo al Mare.
Le Coupe de SAS le Prince Albert de Monaco took place on Sunday 17 December with 24 stages.
