Tyreek Hill Reflects on Super Bowl Loss and Trade from Kansas City Chiefs in Recent Interview

Tyreek Hill, star receiver of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, considered that the Super Bowl loss with the Kansas City Chiefs against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and his departure from that franchise have been the worst moments of his career so far.

“The worst moment of my career was losing the Super Bowl against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Also when I was traded from the Kansas City Chiefs to the Miami Dolphins, although now I am very happy,” he said in the Madrid town of Las Rozas during the launch of a Technique Campus for Youth.

“That Superbowl was probably the most difficult game for me to play in. It was the year of Covid, all the preparation was very difficult, there were no fans in the stands. It was a very different Super Bowl than the previous year,” he said. also to questions from some of the young people participating in the event.

There were approximately fifty who gathered at the El Cantizal facilities. There they were able to interact with Hill, who landed with the Madrid Bravos, and shared exercises with them and gave them some advice for their development in this discipline.

The Miami Dolphins receiver, Super Bowl champion in 2020 and one of the leaders of his franchise, also pointed out that the most difficult defensive player he has faced is his teammate Jalen Ramsey and confessed that his best touchdown was one scored in his rookie season against the Las Vegas Raiders.

He also explained the feelings he had in his first game in the NFL: “I was nervous, but my father has always told me that nerves are good because that means you are scared and you don’t let anyone tackle you. I was one of the youngest in the field and I was afraid that the bigger people would tackle me.

When asked if he considers himself the best in the league, he commented: “Of course yes. I say this with all the humility I can, but when you play with the best in the world, confidence is very important, and if you don’t have it in the head, you’re not going to be able to show it on the field.

On the other hand, he confessed the reason for choosing number 10 on his teams: “I wear it because of my grandmother, it was the one I wore when I played basketball in the fifties. She is one of my great inspirations, when I was learning to play soccer. American was already throwing the ball to me. He also helped me become the person I am now.”
