Two days of rest for PSG internationals, Marquinhos returned to training

Luis Enrique decided to give the internationals two full days of rest after their various gatherings. Those who played on Tuesday with their selection will therefore only return to training at the PSG Campus on Friday, two days before the trip to Marseille. The session is scheduled for 5 p.m., to allow those who have decided to leave for a few days to return to Paris quietly on Friday morning.

This is the case for the majority of internationals, who left on Wednesday morning with family or friends to relax for 48 hours. The need to take a breather has been felt by some in recent days and this decision was taken even before the start of the international break. The other players were entitled to the same treatment at the start of the week with rest days Monday and Tuesday then a resumption of training Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Good news arrived this Wednesday, Marquinhos, who has not played with PSG since his team’s victory in Nantes (2-0), on February 17, where he was injured in an Achilles tendon, was returned to the field with his teammates and participated in the entire training session, which was rather light. A session is scheduled for this Thursday at 11 a.m.
