In the show Pass this time we get to know equestrian sport, because the best representative of the domestic showjumping discipline, Kristaps Neretnieks, will be visiting. We talked with him about both the preparation for the World Cup finals in April and the Paris Olympic Games in the second half of the summer. Also about Neretnieks’ desire to change the stagnant course of the Latvian Equestrian Federation.

  • The Latvian national football team played the first game under the leadership of the new head coach;
  • The finalists of the Latvian open hockey championship have been determined – “Zemgale”/LBTU and “Mogo”/LSPA;
  • Uvis Balinskis returns to the National Hockey League after three months at the farm club;
  • Athletes from aggressor countries are prohibited from participating in the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games;
  • The draw took place in the basketball tournament of the Paris Olympic Games – the winners of the Riga qualification tournament will be in a group with France, Germany and Japan.
