At 39 years old, the former Brazilian defender of PSG is announced to be returning to Fluminense, the club where he played between 2006 and 2008. The manager of the Carioca club, Mário Bittencourt, confirmed the desire of the Tricolor to repatriate the player from Chelsea.

“I am very good friends with Thiago, I talk to him about many things and not just about his coming to Fluminense. We don’t have anything planned yet, but we are very keen to see him come home.
