Adriaan was barely 7 years old when he learned to play chess. It was his mother who took him to a chess club and he has continued to play chess ever since. “It’s especially fun to work on your brain. I play every day and because I play online, it’s easier to play chess every day. I don’t know who I’m playing against, but I play every day.”
For Joran, chess is a very special game: “difficult to describe, you have to play very solidly and if necessary, it must and may be dangerous on the chessboard, you have to challenge.”
