The person concerned was arrested at his home a few days ago. The gendarmerie accuses him of having come into contact with an underage girl on the social network coco.gg and of having made sexual advances towards her. Without knowing it, he was trapped. “The minor in question is an avatar created as part of a cyber patrol of the Saint-Lô gendarmerie research brigade,” indicates the prosecutor.
Interviewed during his police custody, Vincent Dubourg “is subject to judicial control including in particular the ban on entering into contact with minors in the context of his professional or voluntary activities” continues the prosecutor.
