The redevelopment work on the Valmaura playground continues at full speed, which thanks to the project “The heart on the pitch” strongly supported and promoted by Pallacanestro Trieste, it will be returned to the local community cleaned and renovated.
The next Friday 12 April, starting at 5pmthe red and white society wants invite all its supporters to join the event presentation of the Valmaura playground to attend the inauguration of the pitch with a integrated basketball gamewhich will involve the first team of Pallacanestro Trieste, the red and white youth sectors with BaskeTrieste and ASD Servolana Basket, the women’s teams of Futurosa and the boys of Calicanto Onlus. It will be a unique opportunity to encourage the team ahead of the last home match scheduled for April 14th at 6pm with Urania Milano, at PalaTrieste.
In collaboration with the Pietro Pittini Foundation and the parish Blessed Virgin of Sorrows of Valmaurathis project stands out for being a real example of collaboration between institutions, specifically ATER of Triesteassociations and citizens.

What makes this project so special is therefore the active involvement of the community: the students of the professional education and training courses promoted byEdilmaster school building of Trieste (financed by the FVG Region through AT EFFEPI), the protagonists ofAssociation “Beyond that chair”the athletes and the staff of the Trieste Basketball and of course the inhabitants of the neighborhood.
This initiative will also be made possible thanks to the precious contribution of Canton Colori of Triestewhich made the paints that will be used to redevelop the playing field of the pitch available to the EdilMaster boys, and the Pasticceria Bom Bomwho will be responsible for organizing the refreshments for the inauguration event on April 12th.
