As Cuatro has reported, and the National Court has confirmed to the ARA, the head of the Central Court of Inquiry Number 5 has adopted this decision in the context of a request for a precautionary measure that the audiovisual companies claimed to be paralyzed messaging app activity while the investigation is being conducted.

The investigating magistrate has chosen to order the blocking, since he requested information from the application and did not receive any response, according to the information. For now, Telegram remains operational. In any case, the blockade ordered by the National Court is expected to take place in a few hours.
