“I had the feeling that someone was missing”
“For so many years, Stephen and I thought we were done. We said to ourselves: ‘Three, that’s it, we won’t do it again,'” said the 34-year-old. Last year, however, they realized that they wanted to become parents again. “For me, the decision came about because I kept looking around and had the feeling that someone was missing.” She missed someone else. “So we set out on the journey because we knew it would complete our family.”
