After its victory at the buzzer against ASVEL (88-87) on the occasion of the 25th day of BetClic Élite (French first division), Élan Chalon paid a vibrant tribute to Veveysan Thabo Sefolosha, who wore the colors of the Burgundian club from 2002 to 2005, with the Espoirs first and the Pros then.

The 39-year-old Swiss on Sunday became the third legend in the current 14th of BetClic Elite after Blake Schilb and Ilian Evtimov to see his jersey rise to the ceiling of the Coliseum. No longer will any Élan Chalon player be able to wear number 9.
