As many as 160 archers, coming from Marche, Umbria and Emilia Romagna, took part in the third edition of the Memorial Massimo Diamantini, a competition valid for the national winter archery championship promoted by the Historical Archers Training (Fitast), and organized by the Group archers of the Palio dei Castelli. The initiative was hosted at the castle of Serralta and took place on a course of 20 targets. The archers from Settempeda did very well: in the traditional bow category Emanuele Leonori placed second, in the pueri category Ilaria Vignati came third. The Palio dei Castelli association is very satisfied with the great participation. The partnership allowed everyone to discover another beautiful castle in the Settempedano area: last year the competition took place in Pitino.
The association thanked the municipal administration, which was represented during the competition by councilor Michela Pezzanesi, the Serralta Committee and the managers of the archers’ group: Emanuele, Giancarlo and Gianpaolo and Flavia for having organized everything down to the smallest detail.
