The Asturian Alejandro Cachón (Cangas del Narcea, 1999) today took the best time in qualifying for the Tierras Altas de Lorca rally, the first race of the Spanish Rally Super Championship that began in the Murcian town. Cachón, co-driven by Borja Rozada and on the new Toyota GR Yaris Rally2, surprised his rivals, among them the Asturian “Cohete” Suárez, who was sixth with the Škoda Fabia RS, and Diego Ruiloba, eighth with the CITROEN C3 Rally2.
