Spanish Coach Vicente Girona Demands Payment from Algerian Football Federation, Threatens Legal Action

The Algerian football federation was ordered by the lawyer of Spanish coach Vicente Girona to pay him as quickly as possible.

The technician who headed the federal academy of Khemis Miliana from 2018 to 2022, ordered the federation to pay him 85,000 euros in unpaid salaries, the equivalent of 2 billion cents.

The conviction obtained from FIFA dates from 2023 but it would have been swept under the rug by the former secretary general of the FAF.

Girona, who passed through the Villarreal academy, then worked for a few months at Paradou AC before flying to Qatar where he currently works.
