“Sometimes we had to slow him down”: in the Breton footsteps of Robin Le Normand before Real Sociedad – PSG

Before taking, two decades later, a singular turn, in the literal sense of the term, this story unfolds, at least in the preamble, an altogether ordinary plot. It brings us back to the threshold of the 21st century. The banal journey of a budding footballer rehearsing, like so many others, his ranges in the stadiums of Brittany. Hope on the shoulder. Then aged six, Robin Le Normand, opposed this Tuesday to PSG with Real Sociedad, initialed his first license at the Bréhand club, a village in Côtes-d’Armor of 1,600 souls renowned in the Middle Ages for its commercial production of wine, hemp and flax. His parents built their house there. The kid quickly displays certain predispositions for this little leather sphere.
