Ski jumping Planica: Live ticker – HS 240 individual

10:35

Ryoyu Kobayashi (JPN)

Ryoyu Kobayashi starts unusually early. The Japanese wants to know it again at the end and shows a great flight at 232 meters. This is of course the first rank.

10:34

Benjamin Østvold (NOR)

Benjamin Østvold has to work with his arms a bit after the jump, but he gets it under control well. The Norwegian manages to reach 217.5 meters and takes the lead.

10:33

Anze Lanisek (SLO)

Anze Lanisek is late at the table and he goes up. But he becomes too slow in the last third and only reaches 208 meters. The Slovenian takes the lead for the time being.

10:31

Niko Kytösaho (FIN)

Niko Kytösaho is high in the air, but quickly loses speed and lands in the snow after just 199.5 meters.

10:30

Stephan Leyhe (GER)

Stephan Leyhe again has slight problems with his balance in the first third of the flight. So it’s only 200.5 meters for the German.

10:29

Antti Aalto (FIN)

The updraft continues to blow here and Antti Aalto cannot take advantage of it and has to land after 186.5 meters. Nevertheless, he moves ahead of the Poles.

10:27

Dawid Kubacki (POL)

Dawid Kubacki opens the final round and starts from hatch 10. The Pole only manages 187.5 meters on his last jump of the winter.

10:21

To be continued soon

The final round begins here in Planica at 10:27 a.m.

10:21

Deschwanden on the 20th

The only Swiss in the competition is in 20th place after the first round and could perhaps make up a few places on his second jump.

10:19

Austria is strong as usual

In addition to Daniel Huber and Stefan Kraft, their teammates also delivered great results again. With Manuel Fettner on eight and Daniel Tschofenig on nine, the ÖSV has four jumpers in the top ten. The team is completed by Michael Hayböck in twelfth place. Jan Hörl was qualified, but didn’t want to compete.

10:16

Germany cannot keep up

Even today, the DSV Adler cannot keep up with the best. The best German is currently Pius Paschke in 13th place and Andreas Wellinger follows him right behind. Karl Geiger is currently in 21st place and Stephan Leyhe has not been able to cope with the flying hill so far and is only in 27th place.

10:13

Huber at the top

Daniel Huber sails to 247 meters and is clearly in the lead. The Austrian is already around 23 points ahead of his closest rival Aleksander Zniszczol from Poland. Domen Prevc is third after the first round and is 25 points behind the leader. But Stefan Kraft also still has a good chance of a podium place, 27 points behind.

10:10

Stefan Kraft (AUT)

Stefan Kraft shows a great flight at 230.5 meters despite the poorer conditions, but he gets great marks and even 20 twice. The Austrian comes in fourth place.

10:08

Ryoyu Kobayashi (JPN)

The second best jumper of the season now has completely different conditions than the rest. In the end there is almost no lift and so Ryoyu Kobayashi only manages 205.5 meters.

10:07

Andreas Wellinger (GER)

Andreas Wellinger simply can’t cope with the flying hill this weekend. There isn’t much here today either and it only reaches 219.5 meters. This is currently number 13.

10:06

Peter Prevc (SLO)

The spectators are now giving their all as Peter Prevc shows his penultimate flight of his career – and he jumps at the front! The Slovenian can be celebrated after his flight at 233.5 meters and it is enough for fourth place.

10:03

Michael Hayböck (AUT)

Michael Hayböck has slight problems with his left ski and manages 221.5 meters. This is only tenth place for the Austrian.

10:03

Johann Andre Forfang (NOR)

Johann Andre Forfang was a little too high in the air in the last third of the flight, otherwise it would probably have continued. The Norwegian reaches 224 meters.

10:02

Marius Lindvik (NOR)

Marius Lindvik hits the jump well and he also does a lot of things right in flight and is only slightly crooked at the beginning. With 229 meters, the Norwegian comes in fifth place.

10:00

Lovro Kos (SLO)

Lovro Kos now has significantly more momentum than Pius Paschke. He is high in the air and it takes him far! The crowd cheers the Slovenian and he manages 231.5 meters. This puts him in fourth place.

09:59

Pius Paschke (GER)

Only ten jumpers are left at the top and Pius Paschke starts. He is late at the table and therefore lacks speed in the air. In the end it is only 218 meters and comes in seventh place.

09:55

Daniel Tschofenig (AUT)

Daniel Tschofenig is at the table on time and only has to make a few corrections in the air. He sails to 221 meters and takes fifth position.

09:54

Manuel Fettner (AUT)

Manuel Fettner lets his upper body fly low and that pays off. He reaches 226.5 meters and comes in fourth place.

09:53

Anze Lanisek (SLO)

Anze Lanisek throws his hands over his head and can’t believe it. It’s over after just 199.5 meters and has to settle for 14th place.

09:53

Karl Geiger (GER)

What’s in it for Karl Geiger with these good conditions? He jumps off on time, but he quickly loses speed and not much comes together. It’s only 211 meters and eleventh place for the German.

09:50

Domain Prevc (SLO)

Nevertheless, Domen Prevc has to go down from Luke eight. Things are going well for the Slovenian, but Domen Prevc is a bit too aggressive. With 233 meters he flies in third place.

09:50

Daniel Huber (AUT)

After Coach Request, Daniel Huber goes down a hatch. He shows an almost perfect flight and the crowd cheers for the Austrian! He jumps off wonderfully and becomes fast. With 247 meters he achieved the longest jump of the weekend and came first.

09:48

Gregor Deschwanden (SUI)

The only Swiss in the competition has to work a lot with his right ski in the first third of the flight. In the end it was enough for 212 meters and came eighth place for the time being.

09:47

Aleksander Zniszczol (POL)

For the best of the test run, we go down another hatch. He jumps off on time and quickly gets into flight position. With little height he glides down the slope and reaches 237 meters. This puts him at the top.

09:46

Ren Nikaido (JPN)

Things already went well for Ren Nikaido in the team competition yesterday. Here too, the Japanese managed a great flight at 224.5 meters, which is currently enough for fifth place.

09:45

Stephan Leyhe (GER)

Stephan Leyhe easily loses his balance while flying and cannot get into a rhythm. After just 199 meters he has to land and comes in ninth place.

09:44

Piotr Żyła (POL)

Piotr Żyła has to wait before he can go and first has to get down from the beam and then down a hatch. The Pole is high in the air and he is celebrating after his flight to 230 meters. Since he had one fewer run-up than Johansson, that was enough for the lead.

09:41

Kamil Stoch (POL)

Is his teammate Kamil Stoch doing better now? He jumps off powerfully and only has to correct a little in the air. It’s 227.5 meters and that puts him behind the leader Johansson.

09:39

Dawid Kubacki (POL)

For Dawid Kubacki, the season went more badly than well. Here, too, he can’t cope at all and has to land after just 194 meters. But since only 30 jumpers take part, you will definitely get a second jump.

09:38

Alex Insam (ITA)

The wind has now died down a bit at Alex Insam, but there is still a lot of lift. He reaches 226.5 meters, which currently means second place.

09:37

Niko Kytösaho (FIN)

Niko Kytösaho has similar circumstances, but he doesn’t take advantage of them. It doesn’t fly and has no tension. With 213 meters he comes in fifth place.

09:36

Robert Johansson (NOR)

Robert Johansson now has excellent conditions and it takes him far! The Norwegian sails to 239 meters and is therefore the new man at the top.

09:34

Junshiro Kobayashi (JPN)

Junshiro Kobayashi gets a full 17.6 points deducted and that’s why his 221 meters are not enough for the lead and he can’t overtake the American.

09:32

Benjamin Østvold (NOR)

Benjamin Østvold now has even more lift than the other two jumpers and manages to reach 212.5 meters. The Norwegian comes in second place.

09:31

Erik Belshaw (USA)

Erik Belshaw comes out high and is a little too slow in the last third of the flight, otherwise it would have gone further. Nevertheless, it is 219.5 meters for the American.

09:30

Antti Aalto (FIN)

Antti Aalto opens the last competition of the season and starts from hatch 10. The Finn sets the first record here with 193 meters.

09:26

Just a Swiss

Only one jumper from the Swiss team is at the start today. Gregor Deschwanden has starting number 14.

09:22

Austrian sextet

The ÖSV team is by far the best of the winter and six Austrians are starting again today. The team is led by Stefan Kraft and Jan Hörl also delivers goal results every week. The line-up is completed by Daniel Huber, Michael Hayböck, Daniel Tschofenig and Manuel Fettner.

09:14

The German team

The last World Cup weekend has been disappointing for the DSV. Nobody was really able to convince on Friday and the German team only came in sixth place in yesterday’s team competition. Things didn’t go according to plan during the test run either. The best German was Pius Paschke in twelfth place with 212. Karl Geiger finished 16th and Andreas Wellinger finished 19th. Stephan Leyhe came 26th.

09:07

The favorites

Due to the wind, only one round of yesterday’s team competition was completed, but today the conditions are significantly better. The overall World Cup winner Stefan Kraft is, as always, one of the favorites, but Aleksander Zniszczol is also one of them. The Pole managed by far the longest flight of 242 meters in the test. Maybe Peter Prevc will also triumph one last time. The Slovenian, who will end his career today, won the first individual competition on Friday.

Welcome!

Hello and welcome to the last men’s individual competition from Planica! The live ticker starts in time before the jumping starts.
