Skatch Boves’ sporting season begins in the best possible way, bringing home three successes with the three teams involved in the various championships.
The Under 18 boys win the diamond of the Torino Cubs Grizzlies. To emerge victorious from the pitch in Via Passo Buole, the Bovesani had to resort to two additional innings, prevailing, after over 3 hours of play, by 11 to 10. It should be noted that manager Pellegrino’s boys made an important recovery after being down for 9 to 4.
The task for the Under 12 and Under 15 teams was simpler. The younger players also outperformed the Grizzlies of the same age with a score of 12 to 9. The success of the Under 15s was overwhelming and, opposed to the “Jacks ” of Turin, they ended the match 6-0.
