VfB Stuttgart and its kickers are currently causing a sensation in the German Bundesliga.

At least a nomination for Chris Führich would not come as a surprise given that the winger played for Germany for the first time last autumn.
High price tag as an obstacle?
With 14 scorers, the 26-year-old is one of the main drivers of the Swabians’ current run – this should not have gone unnoticed by league rivals RB Leipzig.
As “Sky” reporter Philipp Hinze reports on X, the “Red Bulls” are interested in a summer transfer for Führich. However, he only extended his contract in Stuttgart early until 2028 at the beginning of February, which is why a transfer fee of at least 20 million euros would have to be raised.
This could be too expensive for the people of Leipzig because of Führich’s comparatively old age – especially if they fail to qualify for the Champions League.
