Saturday took place the first national day of sport and disability, organized by the Romillé Sports Association (ASR).
Around a hundred people were able to try out numerous sports activities intended for people with disabilities, wheelchair tennis, wheelchair badminton, blind football, tricycle, etc. They were led by ASR sports educators and by the different sections of the ASR.
« The establishment of an adapted sports section within the ASR was close to our hearts and we are very happy with the realization of this project. Together, we prove that disability is not a barrier”declared Christian Prual, president of the ASR, referring to the creation of the disabled sports section.
