The individual French Minimes Cup took place this Saturday at the Grand Dôme in Villebon sur Yvette.
The AD 71 was represented there with Romane De Abreu, young junior 1st year, large attendance on this day with more than 1000 judokas from all over France.
Romane’s category was well stocked with 48 fighters.
Very good behavior from our young Minime during his first French championships.
Shy beginnings, a little impressed by the context Romane lost her first fight after having fought well and scoring values during this fight.
2nd fight mastered for Romane who wins the fight by 2 waza ari against the one who beat her previous opponent.
She qualified for the final draw and lost after a hard-fought fight and was not drafted.
Great experience for our young judokate who, let us remember, is only in her first year, the future is ahead of her.
