The Roanne Badminton Club (CBR) ended the regular season with two other additional victories. And qualified for the accession barrier for Nationale 3.
They are only two steps from the climb. After a regular season without conceding the slightest defeat (eight victories and two draws), the badists of the CBR obtained their ticket for the accession play-offs to the Nationale 3. The teammates of captain Eddy Costa finished in first place in their pre-national pool A.
Nina Houl’s partners will play the climb on May 4 and 5 in Voiron, in Isère. On this occasion, the team is expected to face Badminton Club de Frangy, who finished in second place in Pool B.
In the event of victory, the CBR will face, the next day, the winner of the other dam (Vénissieux or Lyon). “There will only be one climb this year,” specifies the club.
Regular season results. Against Vénissieux: victories 5-3 and 6-2. Against Grenoble: 4-4 draw and 5-3 victory. Against Annemasse: 4-4 draw and 6-2 victory. Against Beaumont: victories 7-1 and 5-3. Against Chassieu: victories 6-2 and 7-1.
