Riiber leads the ÖSV duo in Oslo

Serial winner Jarl Magnus Riiber is heading for the next triumph at his home Nordic Combined World Cup in Oslo. The Norwegian sailed to 135 meters on Saturday and was clearly ahead of the competition led by the Austrians Johannes Lamparter (126 m) and Franz-Josef Rehrl (126.5).

Lamparter starts the 10 km cross-country run in second place, 1:18 minutes behind Riiber, Rehrl 1:24. Thomas Rettenegger (5th) and his brother Stefan (7th) are also in the top field, less than two minutes behind Riiber. In the women’s cross-country skiing over five kilometers, Lisa Hirner takes to the trail at 1:30 p.m. in seventh place, well behind the leading Norwegian Mari Leinan Lund.
