Return of confidence, great form: will we finally see the real Randal Kolo Muani with Paris in Ligue 1?

At the start of the calendar year conducive to doubts with PSG, Randal Kolo Muani (RKM) had at least one certainty: that of seeing his name appear in the list of 23 players summoned by Didier Deschamps for the team’s last gathering of France before the Euro (June 14 – July 14). Whether in private or in public, the coach strives to defend the PSG striker despite a complicated start to the season.

If he is able to give his players a few small barbs, as he was able to do with Olivier Giroud in the past and more recently with William Saliba, the coach has put on a velvet glove to put RKM back in the saddle and in confidence. From Dayot Upamecano to Jonathan Clauss and Randal Kolo Muani, Deschamps has become accustomed to protecting and taking care of those who are going through complicated sporting periods. This Tuesday, March 26 in the evening, on the lawn of a Vélodrome stadium which he will return to on Sunday with Paris (8:45 p.m.), the former Nantes player repaid all the confidence placed in him by his coach in the selection.
