This Tuesday, March 12, 2024, the regional basketball league informs its participants that the next match on March 16, 2024 will be held behind closed doors due to incivility committed by parents. Following incidents and incivility on the part of parents that occurred at the Stella de Saint-Leu gymnasium, at the end of match No. 2 of the championship on January 27, 2024 in the U17 male regional 1 category, the next match on March 16, 2024 will take place will be held behind closed doors. A security service mandated by the regional league will be present to ensure strict compliance with the closed session.

Only the following people will be able to have access to the match venue (with a list of names sent to the regional league):

– Twelve players per team,

– A coach as well as an assistant per team,

– A manager responsible for delegation per team,

– Three marquee table officials,

– A room delegate,

– Two official referees designated by the league.
