We don’t really know anything about Tadej Pogacar’s form, nor the implications of a modified winter preparation, but we know that when the Slovenian puts on a bib, it’s not to sort the lentils. Especially in a spring which will be lighter on classics in view of his presence at the Giro, he will not want to miss the few opportunities he will have in one-day races. The Strade Bianche suit him perfectly, he crushed them two years ago at the end of a solo raid of almost 50 kilometers.
