Recent second in the Grand Critérium de Vitesse de la Côte d’Azur in Cagnes-sur-Mer (Alpes-Maritimes) after having participated in the Prix d’Amérique, the favorite of the event took the measure of Horsy Dream (n° 14) near the post. “I had a perfect course,” slips his driver Franck Nivard into the Equidia microphone, also very inspired to win the 261st quinté of his career.
While he looked like a potential winner after taking the lead in the final turn, Horsy Dream must be content with first place, while proving that he is returning to his best level. Never far from the leaders, Usain Töll (n° 10) finished third while Gamay de l’Iton (n° 5) and Gaspar d’Angis (n° 11) completed the good combination.
Yann Daigneau indicated the quinté in order in five horses. For a stake of 2 euros, it allowed you to win almost 800 euros.
