Pierre Dwomoh set to make permanent move to RWDM with purchase option included

Pierre Dwomoh was loaned to RWDM this season. The deal with Royal Antwerp FC also included a purchase option.

Last summer, Pierre Dwomoh landed at PhD student RWD Molenbeek. He was loaned out by Royal Antwerp FC. The deal also included a purchase option.

After several difficult passages at Genk, Antwerp, Braga and Ostend, the story became more or less a success for Dwomoh among the people of Brussels.

According to Sudinfo, the club will therefore raise the purchase option for the player who has shown that his body can indeed handle the highest level in a series of consecutive matches as a starter.

1 million euros for Dwomoh

The management of RWDM is putting 1 million euros on the table for this. Dwomoh, who will only turn 20 in June, will therefore definitely become a RWDM player.

The Brussels club still has to complete the Relegation’s play-offs to enforce an extended stay in the Jupiler Pro League. The club decided this weekend to place the sporting leadership in the hands of Yannick Ferrera.

He succeeds Bruno Irles, who was employed at the club for barely two months, but was unable to achieve the desired turnaround. Dwomoh had already indicated earlier this year that he himself would like to stay on board at RWDM.
