Pickleball originated in America and is the fastest growing racket sport. The sport has now existed in the Netherlands for 10 years; but what is Pickleball?
Editor Saskia van Kampen took a look at Hoofddorp, where this new sport is played.
Arthur van den Heerik from Team Pickleball explains: Pickleball is a racket sport and a combination of badminton, tennis, padel and table tennis and is played with two or four people on a mini tennis court.
It is suitable for all ages, fun and easy to learn and accessible to everyone.
