Barely open, the Paris Grand Slam ticket office attracted crowds. In just a few minutes, all tickets for the main round were sold. Some fans have shown ingenuity to be able to obtain the precious sesame.
Two months before Roland-Garros, of which Europe 1 is the official radio station, the ticket office is now open and it is a great success. There are no longer any tickets for sale for the main round. It was all gone in a few minutes.
Julien is a regular at Porte d’Auteuil. On vacation last week, he logged on at five in the morning to make sure he had places. “I had opened several browsers on my phone, on my computer to try to be in the best possible position. I managed to get to the final and the quarter-finals,” he explains to Europe 1 .

There are inevitably some disappointed people but also some nice surprises like for Nance who will discover the tournament of her dreams: “It’s the first time I’m going there. I tried last year but I missed it . This year, I was a little luckier! It’s a bit of a childhood dream, we saw the players so I said to myself why not go? We’re lucky to have that in France.” .
The organization assures us: the attendance record of 630,000 spectators for the Fortnight will be broken this year. “There are 700,000 people in the queue, all the tickets are almost sold.
