The famous Tuileries Garden, between the Louvre Museum and Place de la Concorde, in the heart of Paris, has been chosen as the place to host the Olympic flame during the Paris 2024 Games (26 July-11 August): this is what they report sources close to the organization cited by Agence France Presse. This secret place, which some had imagined under the Eiffel Tower, was chosen “several weeks ago” by the organizing committee (Cojo) and the Paris municipality, the source specifies. The relay of the flame, which will be lit on April 16 in Olympia, Greece, will arrive in France, in Marseille – a large French port also founded by the ancient Greeks – on May 8, and then continue towards Paris.
