“Perhaps it will be the case now that the coaches will always change so that we can win,” smiled Fleišman. “I don’t know if he’ll stay here or not. But I wouldn’t be afraid of that. He’s from here, he loves the club, I really wouldn’t be afraid to keep him with the team. He came, he managed to get us together in three days. I don’t know if the management has someone ready, but it’s not always possible to change coaches, even though they say that the new broom sweeps well,” pointed out the seasoned league defender.
Karviná and Dynamo were losing from the 20th minute after Jan Suchan’s goal, but Amar Memič equalized before the break and Alex Iván scored the winner from a penalty kick in the 92nd minute. “The boys already played well in Liberec. I saw almost every match of the team, I was at almost every training session. Coach Jarábek worked very well with them. In terms of fitness, the boys are very well prepared, which they confirmed today. We went after that win,” described Bielan.
“We couldn’t do much in the three days we were with the team. We just kept repeating to the players that they were league footballers, even though they could hear and read that this was no longer the case. We built the game on Martin Doležal, who, although he didn’t score a goal, helped us a lot. He won a lot of balloons and aerial duels,” Bielan pointed out to the team’s key players.
According to him, in addition to Doležal, they are also defenders Jaroslav Svozil and Jiří Fleišman. “Fleishman, is he slow? It is not! The same Svozil, won a lot of fights. And I was blown away by Doležal! If the new coach has already been here or seen the match, he knows that he has something to build on, that the boys are working here and the team has strength,” said Bielan.
The intentions of Karvina’s bosses regarding the implementation team in the upcoming international break are shrouded in fog. It is certain that they will work more relaxed after their first victory since October 29 (1:0 in Pilsen).
“Maybe it’s a shame that we won’t play football for a fortnight now. The team is good here, we lost after individual mistakes, the last three games after handball penalties. Against Český Budějovice, we went for the win more than the opponent, because the point didn’t solve anything for us.
