Negreira set the criteria to evaluate the referees of the First Division, Second and 2nd B

The former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA), José María Enríquez Negreiraestablished the criteria to evaluate the referees of the First Division, Second and 2nd B.

Digital Freedom exclusively publishes a document intercepted by the Civil Guard during the search carried out on the server of the CTA headquarters in Las Rozas (Madrid) on September 28, which proves that Negreira not only reviewed and modified the referee notes to promote or demote of category to the members, but also established the necessary requirements to carry out their evaluation.

The document states that “The Board of Directors unanimously approves the above circumstances, as well as their score, which will be taken into account at the end of this seasonand for the 2011-2012 season in order to provide the arbitration evaluation with the legal security and regulations necessary for the correct fulfillment of the arbitration function.”
