At 36 years and 10 months, he became the oldest player in history to reach this 100-goal mark. Starting at the kick-off, the Strasbourg player opened the scoring in the 3rd minute of the match, served from the right from the surface by Marvin Senaya.
In an interview with Prime Video last August, Kevin Gameiro confided that this milestone of 100 goals was in his sights. “My goal is to pass the 100 mark,” he admitted. It was February 4, 2006 against RC Lens. In total, he scored 31 with RC Strasbourg, 50 with Lorient and 19 with Paris Saint-Germain, where he played for two seasons, from 2011 to 2013.
