[성남신문=성남신문] The ‘2024 Korea Badminton Association Long-Term National Badminton Competition’ is being held successfully from March 20th to 29th at the Indoor Gymnasium in Gangjin-gun, Jeollanam-do, with a total of 74 teams and 500 elite college and general players participating.
The Miryang City Hall badminton team defeated the Yonex team in the finals of the Korea Badminton Association Long-term National Badminton Competition on the 25th and won the men’s general team championship for the third consecutive year, proving once again that it is the best in the country.
The Miryang City Hall team won the team event after a close 3:2 match against the Yonex team in the finals, taking a step toward winning the elite competition to be held in 2024.
In addition, the momentum of the Miryang City Hall badminton team is expected to increase further as it won the Best Coach Award (Coach Son Seung-mo) and the Best Player Award (Son Wan-ho).
