Antananarivo, March 27, 3:30 p.m. – Let the party begin. Malagasy judokas from the four corners of the island have been meeting since Thursday morning for the Madagascar 2024 championships, all categories. A competition which is held for two days at the Ankorondrano gymnasium.
These championships constitute an opportunity for the Malagasy Judo Federation to detect new gems. This year, there was strong female participation in several age categories.
The career of Laura Rasoanaivo, currently on training abroad and largely absent from this national meeting, certainly inspires young Malagasy fighters.
