This weekend a badminton TTR was held in the El Campello sports hall, in the under-13 and under-17 categories, which resulted in several podiums for the local club’s players.
In the under-13 category, Luca Adrián was proclaimed individual and doubles champion. In addition, two other players from the club obtained good results individually, as was the case of Mateo Gaja in the semifinals (where he lost against Luca), and Ángel Megias in the quarterfinals, losing against Mateo. Luca and Ángel were the champions in men’s doubles. All the local players received congratulations from the Sports Councilor, Cristian Palomares, who followed the development of the competition.
In the under-17 category, Adib Arnold, Germán Calderón and Diego Gázquez were second in their group, good results but which did not allow them to advance to the next phase.
