Local Archery Volunteers Honored at FFTA Medal Ceremony

The general assembly of the Regional Archery Committee took place on Saturday February 17, 2024 in Loir-et-Cher. During this meeting, the medal ceremony of the FFTA (French Archery Federation) takes place. These highlight licensed volunteers who have been involved in their association for many years in different functions: referees, managers and coaches.

This year, one of the coaches of the Chinon club (Chinese sports association of Rabelaisian archers) was rewarded by the federation. Mickaël Millon obtained a bronze medal for his permanent commitment for many years to the club.

Four decorated in Indre-et-Loire

He joins David Leday, president of the club, who was awarded this same medal for his leadership role in 2016. Four medals were awarded, in total, in the department this year: Patrick Crenn (La Croix-en-Touraine ), referee, gold medal; Aude Daumet (Joué-lès-Tours), coach, bronze medal; Bruno Rivrais (Amboise), manager, silver medal; and Mickaël Millon.
