1.1. Applicants must apply for this project in accordance with the provisions of these Terms. Applicants cannot apply for this project unless they agree to these terms.
1.2. If the applicant is a minor, please apply for this project after obtaining the consent of a legal representative such as a parent or guardian. Additionally, if an applicant applies for this project on behalf of a business, the business must also agree to these Terms before using this service.

2. Scope of application
When applying for this project, in addition to these Terms, you must comply with the “LINE Manga Indies Guidelines” (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”) and the “LINE Manga Terms of Use” (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use of this Service”) established by our company on this service. “Terms of Service” (together with the guidelines, “Terms of Service, etc.”) will apply. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Terms of Service, etc. and the content of these Terms, these Terms will be applied preferentially.

3.Changes to terms and conditions
3.1. The Company may change these Terms within the scope of the purpose of the Terms if the Company deems it necessary. In that case, the Company will notify the customer of the revised contents of these Terms and the effective date by displaying them on the Service or the Company’s website, or by notifying the customer by a method determined by the Company. 4. Application conditions
4.1. Applicants may apply for this project through LINE Manga Indies, using manga they have written themselves (completed manuscripts only, names not included) as works.
4.2. Applicants may not cancel their application for this project after agreeing to these terms.
4.3. Applicants may apply for this project according to the method prescribed by our company only during the period that our company is holding this project.
4.4. Applicants may not apply to this project works that have been commercialized for profit or works that have already won or been recognized in awards, campaigns, etc. other than this project.
4.5. Applicants may not submit works that have not been commercialized for profit or won awards or campaigns other than this project to awards or campaigns other than this project. Applications can be submitted at the same time, but if the work is commercialized for profit while applying for this project, or if it wins in an award or campaign other than this project, the work will not be commercialized or won. From the month in which the fact was made public, it will no longer be covered by this project.
4.6. Applicants shall keep their submitted works as non-refundable data from 23:59:59 on the last day of the application month, when aggregation of indicators for each work begins, until the aggregation ends (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggregation timing on the last day of the application month”). 5. Contents of the submitted work
5.1. Works submitted to this project must be manga written by the applicant themselves.
5.2. Content that violates the law or public order and morals, slanders others, or other content that our company deems inappropriate, third party intellectual property rights, etc. (copyrights, moral rights, patent rights, trademark rights, etc.) , design rights, utility model rights, trade secrets, reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights (including, but not limited to, the same shall apply hereinafter). Applications are prohibited.
5.3. Applicants represent and warrant that the submitted work does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties and that they have the legitimate authority to grant the Company the right to use the submitted work. If an applicant violates this section and a third party files a complaint, demand, or lawsuit (hereinafter referred to as a “Claim, etc.”), the applicant shall bear the responsibility and expenses (including attorney’s fees). ). In addition, if the Company resolves the complaint, etc., all costs required for the resolution shall be borne by the Applicant.
5.4. In addition, the Company may specify the content of works that can be submitted.

6. Conditions for receiving bonuses
6.1. This project will reward applicants at a later date based on performance indicators for each submitted work over a period of one month (from the first day of each month to the time of aggregation on the last day of the application month; hereinafter referred to as the “Application Month”). 6.2. An individual can apply for any number of works in this project, but the reward will only be paid to the one work with the highest total amount of reward money in the month of application.
6.3. 6.5. If the conditions set forth in 6.4 are met, the amount of the reward will be calculated for each month of application based on the following three indicators.

7.Flow of reward payment
7.1. Rewards will be paid through LINE Pay. To receive it, you must register to use LINE Pay in advance.
7.2. Applicants who are eligible to receive the reward will receive an email from the 15th to the 20th of the month following the month of application to the email address registered at the time of artist registration with instructions on how to receive the reward.
7.3. Those eligible for the reward will enter various information such as their LINE Pay number, real name, address, etc. using the form provided in the notification email by the last day of the month following the application month.
7.4. If the input of various information cannot be confirmed within the specified period, the eligible person will lose the right to receive the reward. 9.Privacy

12.13. Acts of reverse engineering, disassembling, or decoding the source code by any other method for improper purposes or manners.

12.15. In addition to what is specified in 12.1. to 12.14., any conduct that our company reasonably deems to be inappropriate.

13. Responsibilities of applicants
13.1. Applicants shall apply for this project at their own risk, and shall bear full responsibility for all actions of the applicant in connection with application to this project and their results. .
13.2. If the Company determines that an applicant has applied for this project in violation of the application conditions listed in “4. Application Conditions”, these Terms of Use, or these Terms of Service, etc., the Company may delete the applicant’s information. 14.Our disclaimer

However, even in this case, the validity of other provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.

17.Governing law and jurisdiction
The official text of these Terms and Conditions is Japanese, and the governing law shall be Japanese law. For any disputes that arise between applicants and our company arising from or related to their application to this project or this service, the Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
