Chungnam Provincial University’s Learning Competency Development Center announced on the 26th that it will open the ‘2024 first semester RC program’, which consists of about 20 programs in three areas, including humanities, arts, and physical education.

This program has been running since 2019 to overcome the geographical limitations of Cheongyang, which lacks a cultural environment, and to actively support students’ cultural and artistic activities even after work.
