The administrative appeal with which the former president of Juventus, Andrea Agnellidisputes the decision of Sports Guarantee College at CONI on the ‘Salary Management’ of the Juventus club.
At issue is the decision – the operative part of which was filed on 19 January – with which the sports justice body declared Agnelli’s appeal against the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal of the FIGC with which, in partial acceptance of the complaint against the decision of the National Federal Court of July 2023, the first instance decision was reformed with the condemnation of Andrea Agnelli himself to the sanction of a 10-month ban and a fine of 40 thousand euros.
The administrative appeal was entrusted to the first section ter; we are now waiting for the hearing on the merits to be set (the appeal does not include any precautionary request).
