Two young people between the ages of around 14 and 17 are said to have thrown stones at a judo group in Leiferde (Gifhorn district) at the beginning of March. As the police have now announced, the two were expelled from the sports hall by the trainer because they only wanted to observe the training. After the young people left the building, they returned a short time later with stones about six centimeters in size. They are said to have thrown these at the 15 trainees from the spectator stands. They then fled. According to the police, the stones narrowly missed the people in the sports hall. She is investigating attempted grievous bodily harm and is looking for witnesses.
