María Anoro, accompanied by her parents, attended the First National Inclusive Judo Meeting “José del Toro” that the Federation of Castilla La Mancha held in Illescas, together with the Spanish Federation of Judo for the Blind.

This initiative is intended to make known to all those people who practice judo, with different abilities.”

Led by Marta Arce, Marina Fernández, Javier Cabello and countless teachers who have collaborated and helped direct and organize this day in which more than fifty participants from all over Spain have participated.

All of them have transmitted their concerns, have practiced judo and have become friends with many athletes. The day was divided into two training sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and a meal with the rest of his teammates.

María Anoro has been the representative of the Club Ibón School at this meeting and has enjoyed an incredible day.

European Cup

The juniors from the Ibón School have moved to the Portuguese town of Anadia to participate in the European Cup that was held in said town. Daniel Nogarol and Martina Vives moved with their coach Raúl Poblador.

Both Dani and Martina had incredible fights, but Daniel fell against the Portuguese representative and was left without the right to a repechage. Martina faced the Italian who is currently seventh in Europe. He scored again, but no, and that carelessness cost him immobilization and losing the fight, good feelings, but without results.

Binéfar Judo Club

The Binéfar Judo Club, continuing with its programming of the international circuit of European competitions in the junior category, also traveled with three of its young judokas to Portugal to participate in the Anadia Junior Cup in which 350 judokas from 17 countries gathered.

For Hugo Terés it was his third international competition in the -66kg category and he managed to score points by beating his Portuguese opponent in the first round and losing to his Italian opponent in a tight round of 32 match.

For his part, Raúl Arilla in the -81kg category, for which it was his first international competition after a forced break due to injury, showed signs of returning strongly to the tatami by falling in the first round only due to shidos, while his partner Mama Coulibary in the -81kg category 78kg could not participate in the competition.
