Nadia George, secretary, presented the activity report for the year 2023, during which 17 young judokas from 2 to 12 years old and 18 adults in taïso led the season. The secretary announced the cessation of her activities after 26 years in this position, and underlined the numerous constraints linked to this function. She recalled the open house on June 22, where eight adults showed up. As for the prospects, various purchases were made: equipment, a clock, ten large gym balls, a speaker, two computers and a printer for a total of €1,000. The “Terre de jeux” label has been obtained.
The financial report shows a slight negative balance. Revenue comes from member contributions. The profits from the sale of drinks on July 14 made it possible to collect €462. Regarding expenses, the secretary recalls that the monitor, Florent Stach, is not paid, except for his travels. Always very dedicated, he keeps the club alive and does not count his time; at Christmas, €77 worth of sweets were purchased. Finances remain healthy: a Livret A account of €2,000 and a current account of €3,800 as of December 31. These reports were unanimously approved by the assembly. Nadia George indicates that this report can be consulted in the room.
Estimated balance: purchase of supplies €1,800, Florent’s travel €1,200, subsidy from the community of municipalities €1,500, member contributions €2,060.
Following the elective general assembly, the composition of the office is as follows: president, Mickaêl Mongeot; treasurer, Noémie Mona; secretary, Laëtitia Piqué.
The mayor, Sylvie Parot, expressed her thanks to the Judo club team and recalled the project for a new room, pending funding from the Grand Est Region and the State. Linked to the “Terre de jeux” label, Saturday June 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., various sports workshops will take place.
