Judo CDMX prepares Preparation Training towards Macro Regional CONADE
On its path to preparing athletes for the CONADE 2024 Macro Regional Judo Tournament, the Judokas Association of Mexico City (Judo CDMX) will carry out a Preparation Training with all its teams.
This practice was announced on the official Judo CDMX Facebook page, where with the publication of an image it was reported that this training will take place this Saturday, March 30, 2024.
The same image indicates that the venue will be at the Deportivo “Hermanos Galeana” judo dojo, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for competitors in the Under 15, Under 18, Under 21 and Senior categories.
For this event, a group of coaches from the CDMX Judokas Association are expected to attend, who will teach the Preparation Training in different sections, both for standing and floor situations, as well as the different strategies and techniques that the athletes must apply. competitors.
With this practice, it is expected that the members of the CDMX Judo Team will polish their defense and attack techniques, so that they can climb to the podium of the next Regional Macro Tournament, where they will face opponents from the states of Aguascalientes, Colima, State of Mexico, Guerrero, Guanajuato, IPN, Jalisco, Michoacán, Morelos, Nayarit, Querétaro and INDET.
The relevance of this tournament is due to the fact that the winners will advance to the final stage of the CONADE 2024 National Games, the highest sporting event in Mexico, and from which high-performance athletes have emerged.
As noted above, this practice will take place on Saturday, March 30 at the judo dojo of Deportivo “Hermanos Galeana”, located at Avenida José Loreto Fabela, number 190, Colonia San Juan de Aragón VII Secc, Alcaldía Gustavo A. Madero, CDMX.
