‘Joy will return to Panama’, says presidential candidate José Raúl Mulino

“The happy days, of chen chen in the pocket, of full employment and the peace of mind of having food on the table every day are getting closer and closer,” stated the presidential candidate of Realizing Goals and Alliance, José Raúl Mulino during a walk he took on March 26, 2024 in Mayor Diaz.

“We are going to guarantee the distribution of drinking water to urban and rural communities throughout the country,” Mulino said, stating that this is one of the most urgent problems that Panamanians have in their homes.

Mulino explained that this proposal includes building Bayano water treatment plants and of The Arenosa of La Chorrera, allowing the system to provide drinking water to the entire province of Panama. These water treatment plants will be accompanied by the construction of the aqueduct of the transisthmic corridor as part of the drinking water project for the Pacific-East subsector.

Regarding the poor condition of the roads In Alcalde Díaz, Mulino pointed out that it is another problem that spreads to the rest of the country. To this end, Mulino said that the ambitious road rehabilitation and construction plan has been established as another of the priorities of the Martinelli-Mulino government plan.

He pointed out that these works or other large projects will become one of the engines of the generation of new jobs with a multiplier effect on economic activity.

“We are going to bring you more chen chen for all Panamanians,” expressed Mulino, giving as a proven reference the economic success achieved during the government of former President Martinelli.

José Raúl Mulino, who was accompanied by the candidates for deputies and representatives of the RM and Alianza circuit, also stated that he will continue his journey until the last day because with each visit: “It allows me to be in contact with the community and learn about the problems that ordinary Panamanians experience.”

This Wednesday Mulino will move to the township Omar Torrijos, in San Miguelito.
