José Raúl Mulino reiterates that San Miguelito will have its cable car, more security and more employment

The presidential candidate for the alliance of the Realizing Goals and Alliance parties, José Raúl Mulino, visited the town of Omar Torrijos, in San Miguelito, on March 27, 2024, promising to restore security and build the cable car to improve internal transportation between those communities.

The candidate of the “Alliance to Save Panama” learned firsthand about the problems faced by the residents of the Omar Torrijos district, which also include poor garbage service, roads in poor condition and high unemployment.

In the different homes visited, José Raúl Mulino listened to the problems that exist in the sector, expressing his commitment to working for everyone: “we already did it once and we will do it again,” said Mulino, who also stated that “the country is unfortunate.” that we will receive, however, we will begin a profound transformation from day one.”

The presidential candidate said that works such as the construction of the cable car with the capacity to move 4,000 people per hour will also generate jobs that will directly impact the economy of the San Miguelito district.

Mulino highlighted that the Martinelli-Mulino formula government plan will launch the most ambitious first job program the country has ever had, which will give great opportunities to Panamanian youth.
