Jeremías Sosa: From Judo Runner-Up to National Championship Contender

Jeremías Sosa, national judo runner-up and champion of the End of the World Cup, spoke with -AIRE LIBRE FM- about his next participation in the national judo championship in the province of Córdoba. He also referred to the great challenge of raising the necessary funds to cover the expenses associated with the trip, estimated at 500,000 Argentine pesos, which include travel expenses, lodging, registration and food.

Jeremías Sosa, national judo runner-up and End of the World Cup champion, shared his thoughts and challenges as he prepares for the national championship in Córdoba.

“Yes, I am doing a collaboration raffle to be able to cover the expenses that are 500,000 pesos, between stars, registration, food and all that is 500,000 pesos so that I can make the trip,” Sosa mentioned, pointing out the financial challenges that faces to cover the costs associated with the event.

Sosa, who is barely 17 years old, highlighted his commitment to the sport: “In my short career I luckily had a training camp and, well, I never let up and that is what conductivity and discipline do.”

In addition to his dedication to judo, Sosa is also focused on his education: “Last year I finished high school and now I am starting to study petroleum technology.”

Although the number of teammates who will be able to accompany Sosa is yet to be determined, he trusts in the support of the community: “Hopefully they can achieve the goal and can travel and be present and represent in the best way, of course, Land of Fire.”
