“It’s an American fridge”: Édouard-Junior Jabea Njocke, the 17-year-old pillar who makes big clubs dream

It was during a departmental plateau in Brétigny-sur-Orge (Essonne), in which Édouard participated with Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, where he started rugby at the age of 8. “I signed him up for multi-sport in Villejuif, where we lived at the time, for football, like his two big brothers, even if he didn’t want to go,” says his mother Mariette, an accountant.
