Santo Domingo.- The executive director of the National Institute of Physical Education (INEFI), Alberto Rodríguez Mella, delivered a renovated field this Thursday, utility and several exhibits to the Club Rafael Leónidas Solano School, in the Guachupita sector.
In the activity, athletes Braulio Ramírez, Nelson Ozuna and Luisito Pie, who are part of the “Athletes with INEFI” program, gave chess, badminton and taekwondo clinics, respectively, thus achieving the integration of the students.
Rodríguez Mella maintained that the renovation of the field seeks to develop school sports in a general sense.
He highlighted that the talks and exhibitions are part of the “Athletes with INEFI” program, led by judoka María García, through which the students, Guided by athletes, they acquire the basic knowledge of these disciplines.
In this regard, Professor Ingrid Soraya Guerrero, director of the Rafael Leónidas Solano Club School, thanked the educational center for its contribution.
