Madrid The Koldo case has activated some springs in the PP that have not been seen since the end of the Felipism. It is no longer that the government of Pedro Sánchez is illegitimate, but that the socialist party itself, and by extension all socialists, are inherently and intrinsically corrupt.

This dehumanization of the socialists is also reminiscent of what was practiced (and is still practiced) with the independentists, who in Madrid are considered a kind of mentally weak manipulated by a bourgeoisie greedy for power and resources. The Valencian nationalist senator Enric Morera used the well-known quote about Catiline but adapted to the PP: “How long will it last, PP, to abuse our patience?” to try to raise, without success, the level of the debate. The translation would be: “How long will you abuse, PP, our patience”.
